Slightly unfavorable winter crop condition in China during early February, 2017February 27, 2017 Winter wheat was at wintering stage. Favorable agro-climatic condition in planted area was beneficial for winter wheat growth. Rapeseed was at budding to bolting period. Overall, crop condition was below last year’s level. Affected by rainy weather and accompanying low radiation, poor rapeseed condition widely occurred in Southwest China. Rice, maize and soybean were out of season.
